AdultPost’s role

AdultPost is an independent advertising, digital-content and discovery platform. It indexes advertisements published on other websites and also hosts advertisements that creators manage themselves.

Imported and creator-managed listings

Imported listings are advertisements first published elsewhere. They show the original source website when it is known, a link to the original, and the name or alias used in the ad. An imported listing stays marked as unclaimed until its creator claims it.

Creator-managed listings are published or managed by the creator or advertiser on AdultPost, after review.

Where the source or creator is not known, the listing says so. AdultPost does not invent attribution.

Photographs and content ownership

AdultPost does not claim ownership of third-party photographs or externally sourced advertising content. Identifying the source website does not mean that the source owns the photographs, or that it has permitted their use.

Creators are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to publish their advertisements, photographs and other content.

Independent creators and advertisers

Creators and advertisers independently control how they create, present, price, and manage their advertisements and eligible digital content, subject to applicable laws and AdultPost’s platform policies.

AdultPost does not dictate creators’ lawful personal activities outside the platform.

AdultPost provides advertising, discovery, and eligible digital-content tools. It does not act as an agency representing creators in their private personal activities. AdultPost may still moderate or remove content that is prohibited or unlawful.

How AdultPost earns revenue

• Advertising: paid advertisements, featured listings, sponsored placements and promotional campaigns.
• External affiliate partnerships: commissions when visitors complete qualifying actions through approved partners. These are separate from any provider’s private activities.
• Creator digital-content sales: creators may sell eligible digital products such as photographs, videos and bundles. AdultPost’s current platform commission on eligible creator digital-content sales is 10%.

AdultPost does not earn commissions from providers’ in-person sexual services, and does not arrange, negotiate, or participate in transactions for such services.

Adult privacy and personal independence

AdultPost respects the privacy, dignity, and autonomy of consenting adults. Individuals are responsible for their own lawful personal decisions and activities.

AdultPost does not arrange, negotiate, or participate in in-person sexual encounters or transactions for sexual services. Its role is to provide independent advertising, discovery, and eligible digital-content services.

These statements do not imply that every activity between consenting adults is lawful in every jurisdiction. AdultPost does not monitor or guarantee the conduct of individuals outside the platform.

Safety and prohibited activities

AdultPost strictly prohibits human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, child sexual abuse material, content involving sexual exploitation of minors, impersonation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, and other illegal or prohibited activities.

AdultPost provides reporting mechanisms for users, creators, rights holders, and other concerned individuals. Reports involving suspected exploitation, trafficking, or minors receive priority for review and escalation, and a listing reported for a suspected minor is hidden while it is reviewed. Reporting, corrections and copyright complaints

Every listing has a Provide Feedback button. You do not need an account or membership, and you may report anonymously. Reporter contact details are visible only to authorised compliance staff and are never shown to the listing’s creator or to other visitors.

• Provide Feedback: incorrect information, correction requests, unauthorized photographs, impersonation, duplicate or misleading ads, suspected trafficking or underage content, privacy violations and anything else.
• Request removal of a listing about you.
• Copyright (DMCA) notice for rights holders.

Reports are allegations and are reviewed by a person. Staff may request more information, require a correction, restrict or remove a listing, or dismiss a report that cannot be supported.
