Age Verification & Safety Policy

AdultPost is for adults only. We have zero tolerance for content involving anyone under 18. Adult content is published only when every person who appears in it has been established as an adult.

What is in place today. (1) Every visitor must confirm on entry that they are 18 or older. This is a declaration only: it is recorded (wording version and time) and is never treated as verification of age. A visitor who says they are under 18 is turned away. (2) Creators who publish adult, paid or subscriber content must have their age verified, accept this policy and link every person who appears in each item before it is published. (3) Creator age verification is currently done by a trained AdultPost reviewer who checks an identity document you upload. The document is stored encrypted, is seen only by authorised reviewers, and is deleted after a fixed retention period unless a safety case or a legal requirement means it must be preserved. After review we keep the outcome, the dates and a reference. (4) Staff can hold or restrict content, accounts or payments while a safety review takes place. Earnings already recorded are preserved. Where the law requires it we preserve records and report to the appropriate authorities.

Optional image blurring. AdultPost can show visitors and members who have not verified their age a low-detail preview of listing photographs in place of the photograph, with a message explaining how to unlock full access. This is a separate switch that the operator can turn on or off; it is currently off for the public. It is not a substitute for age verification, and rules that apply by law do not depend on it.

Not yet available. Age checks through a third-party provider, including checks that use a payment card and bank authentication (3-D Secure), digital identity, or facial age estimation, are NOT currently offered. They will be offered only after the provider has been contracted, connected and approved, and this page will be updated at that time. Rules that differ by country or state are not applied automatically yet, because AdultPost does not currently determine a visitor's location; a place-specific rule will be switched on only once that is in place and the rule has been approved.

Free registration is open to everyone aged 18 or over. A Free account, a free trial or a paid membership is not proof of age. Where a feature requires verified adult status, you will be asked to complete age verification for that account.

Automated tools only help prioritise human review; they never decide on their own that a person is a minor. If you believe a decision about you is mistaken you can ask for a review and verify again.

To report a concern about a possible underage person, use the Report link on any listing and choose "Underage concern". Reports are treated as urgent. You can also write to support@adultpost.adultsiteguide.com.
